Instructions
- 1Dice fresh tuna into small cubes
- 2Slice avocado and set aside
- 3Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and grated ginger in a bowl
- 4Add diced tuna to the sauce mixture and gently toss
- 5Fold in chopped green onions and cilantro
- 6Season with sea salt and a dash of wasabi
- 7Arrange avocado slices on a plate
- 8Spoon the tuna mixture over the avocado
- 9Garnish with black sesame seeds and microgreens
- 10Serve with sliced cucumber and radish on the side
- 11Accompany with rice crackers for crunch

Instructions

- 3Brush the walleye fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- 4Place the walleye fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- 5Remove the walleye from the grill and let it rest for a minute.
- 6Serve the grilled walleye topped with the fresh corn and watermelon salsa.
