Salmon Rice Bowl

2 cups cooked rice
1 lb salmon fillet
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle olive oil, soy sauce, and sesame oil over the salmon. Season with salt and black pepper.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
