1 lb pizza dough
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the pepperoni, bell peppers, and mushrooms.

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the toppings.

Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough into a tight log, sealing the edges as you go.

Place the rolled Stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Beat the egg and brush it over the top of the Stromboli for a golden finish.

Cut a few slits in the top of the Stromboli to allow steam to escape during baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
