Homemade Stromboli

Roll out 12 ounces of pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle approximately 10 by 13 inches.
Brush the rolled dough with 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese evenly over the dough.
Layer 6 ounces of Italian dry salami on top of the parmesan cheese.
Add 3 ounces of prosciutto on top of the salami.
Layer 6 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese over the meats.
Roll the dough jelly roll style from the long side, tucking as you go.
Pinch the edges to seal the Stromboli and place seam side down.
Prepare an egg wash with 1 beaten egg and brush it over the top of the Stromboli.
Cut a few slits in the top of the Stromboli for steam to escape.
Sprinkle dried oregano on top for added flavor.
Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
Bake the Stromboli in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
