Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Spread a thin layer of olive oil over the dough.
Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly on the dough.
Layer mozzarella cheese, salami, pepperoni, ham, bell peppers, onions, and black olives on the dough.
Leave a small border around the edges to seal the stromboli.
Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other, pinching the edges to seal.
Transfer the rolled stromboli to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.
Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Cut a few slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
Sprinkle cornmeal on the baking sheet to prevent sticking.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
