mozzarella cheese

Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic salt.
Brush half of the butter mixture evenly over the dough.
Layer meat and cheese onto the dough, slightly overlapping each piece, ending with mozzarella slices.
Leave 1 inch on the edge of the dough around the meat and cheese.
Start on the long end and gently roll it into a log, being careful not to tear the dough.
Pinch the edges and brush the dough with the remaining butter mixture.
Score four slices to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 20 minutes until nice and bubbly.
Allow the Stromboli to rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
