Generously sprinkle your work surface with flour.
Roll out 1 pound of pizza dough into a 10 by 14 inch rectangle.
Set the dough aside while you work on your toppings.
Chop 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley and mince 2 garlic cloves.
Mix the parsley and minced garlic into 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Spread the garlic parsley oil onto the dough, leaving a 1 inch border around the edges and a 2 inch border at the top.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the dough.
Add half of your shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the Parmesan.
Layer a generous amount of salami, deli sliced ham, and pepperoni slices over the cheese.
Add the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meats.
Start rolling the dough from the long side closest to you, rolling it tightly into a log.
Pinch the seams together to seal the Stromboli.
Transfer it to a parchment lined baking sheet and tuck the edges underneath.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 400°F.
Crack 1 egg into a small mixing bowl, add 1 tablespoon of water, and beat thoroughly with a fork to make an egg wash.
Brush the egg wash evenly over the surface of the dough.
Sprinkle kosher salt and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder over the top.
Add the remaining freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Cut four diagonal slits about a quarter inch deep over the top of the Stromboli.
Bake in the center of a preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes after removing from the oven before slicing into about 1 inch thick pieces.
