Shiitake and Asparagus Risotto with Seared Salmon

Canned salmon is more affordable and still nutritious.
Spread pharaoh grains out in a solid pan.
Add sliced chorizo on top of the pharaoh grains.
Roughly chop garlic and add it to the pan.
Season with salt and black pepper, seasoning heavily.
Add rainbow chard, cutting it into ribbons before placing it in the pan.
Add a couple tabs of butter to the mixture.
Pour in chicken stock with cream mixed in.
Mix everything together with a fork to incorporate.
Prepare the salmon fillet by patting it dry to remove moisture.
Season the salmon fillet with salt and place it on a bed of kale.
Slice lemon into wheels and place around the salmon for flavor.
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and kale.
Place the pan with the pharaoh and the salmon in the steam oven.
Set the steam oven to cook for 26 minutes.
After 26 minutes, remove the pan from the steam oven and check the risotto.
Grate cheese over the risotto using the back of a knife for ribbons.
Plate the risotto and place the salmon on top.
Finish with a sprinkle of salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
