In a bowl, add 1 cup of cabbage, 1 cup of bell pepper, and 1 cup of carrots cut into julienne.
Add approximately 1 teaspoon of salt to soften the vegetables and mix well.
Let the mixture sit covered for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add 1 medium-sized onion cut lengthwise, 2-3 green chilies, 1 red chili, and 1/2 cup of boiled chicken.
Add 1 tablespoon of chili sauce and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1/2 tablespoon of dry coriander, and 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder.
Add 1 teaspoon of white sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon of rice flour.
Add approximately 1/2 to 1 cup of gram flour and mix well.
If the mixture is too thick, add some chicken broth or water to adjust the consistency.
Heat oil in a pan on medium to high flame.
Drop small portions of the mixture into the hot oil, ensuring they are spaced apart.
Fry the pakoras for about 4 to 5 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy, turning them occasionally for even cooking.
