In a food processor add the bread. Blend until it turns into crumbs and keep it aside.

In a pan add oil. Add green cardamom and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the bread crumbs to the pan and fry for about 7-10 minutes or until it's brown.

Once the oil separates, take some of it out in a bowl for garnish.

In a bowl, crack 4 eggs and beat them well. Add milk and mix it well.

Add the egg and milk mixture to the bread crumbs in the pan. Start frying until it's dark brown, which will take at least 12-15 minutes.

Keep frying and add sugar.

Once oil separates, it should be ready. Add crushed almonds and coconut before serving.
