Prepare chabati dough and roll into thin circles.
Cook chabati on a hot skillet until lightly browned, about 1-2 minutes per side.

Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in ground beef and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes, green peppers, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer chabati, meat mixture, cheese, and spinach.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with chabati on top.
Pour a little water over the top layer to keep it moist during baking.
Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
