250-300 grams tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon Hyderabadi garam masala powder
1 teaspoon biryani masala
3 cups water
2 cups basmati rice, soaked for 30 minutes
1 bunch methi leaves (fenugreek)
juice of 1 lemon
1 chopped coriander leaf
