Frozen yogurt is lower in calories, while bananas provide natural sweetness.
Prepare the vanilla custard powder by mixing 1 cup cornflour, a pinch of vanilla powder, and 1/2 teaspoon yellow food color.
Blend the mixture to create a custard powder.
In a pan, add 1 kg of full cream milk and start heating it until it boils.
In another pan, add 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil for the jelly.
Add the jelly packet to the boiling water and mix well.
Pour the jelly mixture into a dish and let it set at room temperature before refrigerating.
Once the milk is boiling, add 4 tablespoons of the prepared custard milkshake premix and some reserved milk.
Mix well to avoid lumps and cook until slightly thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
Adjust sweetness by adding 2-3 tablespoons of sugar if needed, then cook for another 2-3 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
Let the mixture cool down, then add ice and cut jelly pieces into it.
Mix well and pour into serving glasses, garnishing with chopped almonds and pistachios.
