2 green chilies
1 medium onion
2 medium tomatoes
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup flour
to taste curry leaves
to taste Loki (bottle gourd)
to taste spinach

Prepare the dough by breaking it into small pieces, patting it down, and rolling it flat.

Peel the loki and cut it into quarters.

Cut the loki into smaller pieces.

Boil the potatoes in water until soft.

Clean the spinach by washing and cutting it.

Cook the loki by adding onions to a pan and letting them brown.
