1/2 tsp ginger (4g)
1.5 tbsp neutral oil (22ml)
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce (10g)
120g frozen mixed vegetables
2 eggs
1 pinch salt

Add 250g chicken thigh to a bowl.

Season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sake.
