Instructions

  1. 1Soak matar dal in water for 2-3 hours.

  5. 5Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  6. 6Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  7. 7Stir in ginger, garlic, and green chili; cook for 2-3 minutes.
