Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.

Slice the cucumber into thin pieces and then cut those slices in half into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the imitation crab into smaller bite-sized pieces or pull them apart with your hands.

Cut the two ripe avocados in half, then cut lines vertically and horizontally to dice the avocados and scoop them out.

Cut the tuna into cubes or bite-sized pieces, using 1 pound of tuna.

Place the diced avocados, imitation crab (1/2 pound or 1 cup), 2 tablespoons of masago, chopped green onions, and the sliced cucumbers into a large bowl.

Add 1 cup of mayonnaise, a dash of sesame seed oil, Sriracha, and furukaki seasoning to the bowl.

Mix everything together with your hands while wearing food gloves, adjusting the Sriracha and salt to taste as needed.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least a few hours to allow the flavors to meld.

To serve, add freshly cooked white rice to a bowl, sprinkle furukaki over the rice, and scoop the poke mixture on top.
