1

Boil 5 potatoes until soft.

2

Crush the sweet corn lightly in a bowl.

3

Add 2 teaspoons peri peri masala, 0.5 teaspoon chicken tandoori masala, 0.5 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon red chili flakes, 1.25 teaspoons black pepper powder, and salt to the crushed corn.

4

Mix all the ingredients well in the bowl.

5

Add juice of 1 lemon and let the mixture marinate for 10 minutes.

6

Take a boiled potato and cut it in half, then scoop out some of the inside to create space for the egg.

7

Place a boiled egg in the center of each potato half and wrap the potato around the egg, ensuring it is completely covered.

8

Prepare a batter by mixing a little salt and red chili flakes with 1 beaten egg and 1 teaspoon of water.

9

Coat the potato-covered egg in the batter, then roll it in orange bread crumbs to ensure it is fully covered.

10

Heat oil in a deep pan until hot, then gently place the coated eggs into the oil.

11

Fry until golden brown, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.

12

Once cooked, remove the Scotch eggs from the oil and let them cool before cutting.

13
