1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper

In a second bowl, combine more corn flour, a lot of black pepper, a lot of smoked paprika, and a lot of oregano to create the flour mix.

Dunk each piece of halloumi into the batter mix, then drop it into the flour mix to coat.

Preheat the air fryer and add some oil at the bottom and on top of the halloumi fries.
