Cover and cook for fifteen minutes, then allow to cool before grinding into a fine puree.
Season refined flour with salt and crushed black pepper in a bowl.
Season the chicken with salt and black pepper, optionally adding paprika or chili powder.
Dredge the chicken in the seasoned flour to create a sandy texture for better egg adherence.
Beat an egg in a separate bowl and roll the chicken in it.
Coat the chicken in crushed corn flakes, applying pressure to ensure adherence.
Deep fry the chicken, increasing the oil temperature and letting it cook undisturbed for thirty to forty seconds.
After that, cook on medium flame for two and a half to three minutes until tender and crusted.
Transfer the fried chicken to absorbent tissue paper to drain excess oil.
Grind the cooled Butter Chicken gravy into a smooth puree and transfer to a bowl.
Slice the burger buns in half and toast them on a pan, optionally adding oil or butter.
Assemble the burger by smearing mayonnaise on the bun, adding lettuce, pieces of chicken, and silken Butter Chicken gravy.
Top with onion rings and close the burger with the top half of the bun.
