Once boiling, reduce heat to low and add seasoned kingfish.

Cover and let the fish cook in the broth.

Add grated ginger, grated onion, garlic, green seasoning, and bell peppers to the pot.

Add a piece of butter for flavor.

Sprinkle lime juice into the broth.

Let it boil for a few minutes, then turn off the heat.

For fungi, boil 1 cup of water in a separate pot.

Add cassava farine (ferrulin) to the boiling water and stir.

Adjust the consistency as desired, adding hot water if it becomes too stiff.

Pour the fish broth over the fungi and serve with boiled okra for presentation.
