Shape the fungi by spooning it into buttered bowls while it is still hot and soft, then let it cool down to hold its shape.
In a saucepan, heat olive oil and add shallots and tomatoes, then add curry powder and all-purpose seasoning, allowing it to stew.
Add onions and bell peppers to the saucepan and continue cooking.
