1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 to 4 cups leftover cooked rice

Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinate with ginger, soy sauce, and rice wine.

Chop half an onion and prepare 1 cup of broccoli florets.

Beat 3 eggs lightly.

Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
