Crack eggs into a bowl, season the eggs with salt and black pepper. Using a fork to beat the ingredients together.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add the onion, garlic, and chicken breast.
Season with salt and Italian seasoning.
Sauté the ingredients for about 5 minutes until the onion is cooked and tender.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and sauté the eggs for about 1 minute.
Transfer the fried egg with chicken to a plate.
Garnish with chopped parsley and ENJOY!
