After 5 minutes, reduce the temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake for another 25 minutes.

Coat chopped walnuts with a little of the flour mixture.
In another bowl, whisk together egg, yogurt, mashed bananas, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients using a spatula, being careful not to overmix.
Fold in the coated walnuts gently into the batter.
Grease the muffin pan or use muffin liners.
Scoop the batter into the muffin pan, filling each cup to the rim.
Add about 1 teaspoon of Nutella on top of each muffin batter layer.
Swirl the Nutella into the batter using a fork or a knitting needle.
Bake in the preheated oven, checking with a toothpick for doneness after the baking time.
