Italian Stuffed Peppers

4 large bell peppers
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 lb ground beef
1 tsp perfect pinch Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
for garnish parsley, as needed

Cut the tops off bell peppers and remove the seeds.

Saute diced onion and ground beef in a large skillet.
