Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and caraway seeds in a bowl.
In a jug, mix milk and soured cream together.
Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and stir to form a dough.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes by hand or with a stand mixer.
Oil a bowl and place the dough inside, covering it with plastic film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 to 3 hours until doubled in size.
Prepare toppings: chop parsley, grate cheese, and chop bacon into small bits.
Fry the bacon until crispy.
Sprinkle flour on the work surface and tip out the dough, then divide it into 6 equal balls.
Flatten each ball into discs about 6 inches across and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a casserole dish to 170°C.
Fry a couple of discs of dough for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove from oil and drain on kitchen paper.
Top with soured cream, grated cheese, parsley, and fried bacon.
