Avocado Egg Toast

spoon of yogurt

Start by peeling and slicing a thumb of ginger.

Blend the ginger with 2 handfuls of spinach and a tiny bit of milk until smooth.

Add chunks of pineapple and a scoop of Pina Colada protein to the blender.

Optionally, you can use vanilla protein instead of Pina Colada for a less flavorful smoothie.

For thickness, add a spoon of yogurt or use kefir instead of milk.

Add a tiny spoon of honey for sweetness.

Blend all ingredients until smooth and store the smoothie in the fridge.

For the avocado toast, toast white bread.

Prepare eggs by using an egg maker to poach them, filling it with water until it indicates poached.
