1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
2 carrots, chopped
2 medium potatoes, diced
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons green seasoning

Remove skin from chicken quarters using hands or paper towel for grip.

Trim excess fat from chicken, leaving some for flavor.

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, separating drum from thigh.
