1 tablespoon ginger
1 teaspoon salt

4 scallions

2 teaspoons fresh thyme
1 green bell pepper
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 teaspoon pimento seed
2 cups jasmine white rice
1 tablespoon parsley flakes

Season chicken with curry powder, all-purpose powder, black pepper, ginger, salt, and paprika.
