1 chicken leg
1 tbsp. cooking wine
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. corn starch
3 tbsp. cooking oil
ginger
onion
potato, diced
carrot, diced
hot water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
½ block curry paste

Add 1 chicken leg to a bowl.

Pour in 1 tbsp. cooking wine and 1 tbsp. soy sauce.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp. corn starch over the chicken.

Add 1 tbsp. cooking oil and mix well to marinate the chicken.

In a pan, heat 2 tbsp. cooking oil.

Add ginger and onion to the pan and sauté until fragrant.

Add diced potato and carrot to the pan and stir.

Pour in hot water until it is 2cm higher than the contents in the pan.

Add 1 tbsp. soy sauce and ½ block of curry paste to the pan.

Add the marinated chicken leg to the pan.

Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
