1 Maggi cube
few sprigs of thyme
1 scotch bonnet pepper
few cloves of garlic
pimento seeds
green onion
pimento peppers
1 small onion
2 small carrots
2 potatoes

1/2 teaspoon turmeric
black pepper
sea salt
1 heaping tablespoon Caribbean green seasoning

Start with 1 heaping tablespoon of Caribbean green seasoning and mix it with the chicken.

Add a blend of three curry powders, leaving some for later to burn.

Add about 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric.

Incorporate half of the pimento peppers, half of the green onion, and half of the bell peppers.

Add black pepper and sea salt to the mixture.

Put on gloves and mix everything together thoroughly.

Add half of the Maggi cube to the mixture and mix again.

Cover the mixture with cling wrap and allow it to marinate for 30 to 45 minutes.

After marinating, heat oil in a pan and start toasting the remaining curry powder.

Add garlic and onion to the pan and sauté until fragrant.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until it starts to brown.

Add water to the pan to allow the chicken to cook through and to create a sauce.

Incorporate the remaining green onions, pimento, and scotch bonnet pepper into the dish.
