1 lb monk fish
1 lb cuttlefish
1 lb calamari
1 lb clams, cleaned
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup dry white wine
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 bay leaves
1 tsp dried thyme
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper

Prepare the seafood: clean monk fish, calamari, cuttlefish, clams, scallops, and shrimp.

Gather ingredients: garlic, onion, bay leaves, thyme, and white wine.

Heat oil in a pot.

Add garlic and onion to the pot and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in white wine and let it evaporate.

Add calamari and cuttlefish to the pot and sauté for about 3 minutes.

Add cherry tomatoes to the pot for color and flavor.
