1 lb crab legs
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb mussels, cleaned
1 lb clams, cleaned
1/2 lb fish fillets (such as cod or halibut)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 cup fish stock or clam juice
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.

Add the dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
