Marinate the steak with 100 ml of olive oil, 1 wedge of lemon, salt, and black pepper, and let it sit for 1 hour.
Cut a slit in the middle of each potato and scoop out a bit of flesh.
Insert a piece of Russian pork fat (Salo) and half a clove of garlic into each potato.
Season the potatoes with salt and pepper, wrap them in foil, and place them on a baking tray.
Bake the potatoes in the oven at 200°C for about 1 hour, checking occasionally for doneness.
Prepare the sauce by mixing 1 teaspoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of cranberry jam, and 25 g of unsalted butter with 100 ml of brandy.
Heat the sauce on medium heat for 10 minutes before serving.
Grill the marinated steaks over an open fire or in a frying pan, cooking to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Serve the steak with the baked potatoes and sauce.
