Cut out shapes using cookie cutters and place them on a lined baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
Allow to cool on a wire rack.
Mix powdered sugar with milk to create icing and decorate the cookies as desired.
Sprinkle with decorative sprinkles before the icing sets.
