3 tbsp fennel seeds
2 tbsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
2 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp amchur powder
lemon juice
2 tbsp mustard oil
