Creole Chorizos

Cultural Context

Originating from the rich culinary traditions of Argentina, Creole Chorizos reflect the country's love for barbecued meats and robust flavors. Traditionally enjoyed at asados (barbecues), these sausages are a staple in gatherings, showcasing the blend of Spanish and indigenous influences. Today, they are celebrated not only in Argentina but also in many Latin American countries, where variations exist based on local spices and herbs.
