Pre-mark the whole fish fillet to ensure even cutting.
Cut the fillet into equal-sized pieces, removing any flaps that may burn.

Mix together onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, ground black pepper, paprika, and dry parsley.
Generously season the salmon fillets with the seasoning mix, rubbing it in well.

Baste the cooked salmon fillets with the honey Old Bay sauce.
