CHILEAN FOOD MUKBANG! (Vegan)

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onion and garlic until translucent.

Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in cumin, basil, salt, and black pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and mix in chopped hard-boiled eggs and black olives.

In a blender, puree corn with milk until smooth.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and stir in cornmeal until combined.

Gradually add the corn puree to the saucepan, stirring constantly until thickened.

Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.

Pour the corn mixture over the beef layer, smoothing the top.

Sprinkle cheese over the corn mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
