Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

In a pot, combine 500 ml of milk and 1/2 cup of milk separately.

Add a cinnamon stick, a piece of lemon peel, and 4 tablespoons of sugar to the pot.

Heat the mixture on the stove for 5 minutes.

In a separate cup, dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in the reserved 1/2 cup of milk.

Once the milk mixture is near boiling, add the cornstarch mixture and stir continuously until it becomes creamy.

Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a single Pyrex dish as it cools.

Prepare caramel by heating 4 tablespoons of sugar until it melts and turns golden.

Pour the caramel over the cream mixture.

Refrigerate to cool before serving.
