- 4Boil water in a pot and add the rolls; cook until firm, about 15-20 minutes.
- 5Remove the rolls and let them cool before slicing into pieces.
- 6Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds; let them splutter.
- 7Add cumin seeds, asafetida, curry leaves, and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
- 8Add ginger and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- 9Stir in the sliced gatta and mix well to coat with spices.
- 10Add turmeric, coriander powder, and salt; cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- 11Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.

- 1In a mixing bowl, combine besan, yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, and salt.
- 2Gradually add water to the mixture and stir until a smooth batter forms.
- 3In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the batter in small portions to form dumplings.
- 4Cook the dumplings for about 10-15 minutes until they are firm and cooked through.
- 5Remove the dumplings from the pot and let them cool before slicing them into pieces.
- 6In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.
- 7Once they start to splutter, add chopped green chilies and sauté for a minute.
- 8Add the sliced dumplings to the pan and fry until they are golden brown on all sides.
- 9Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the dumplings and mix well.
- 10Serve hot as a snack or side dish.

- 4Once cooled, cut the cooked dough into small pieces (about 1 inch long).
- 5In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 6Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for another minute.
- 7Add the yogurt and mix well, cooking for a few minutes until the oil separates.
- 8Add the gatta pieces to the pan and mix gently to coat them with the yogurt mixture.
- 9Add garam masala and adjust salt to taste. Cook for another 5-7 minutes on low heat.
- 10Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
