1

Chop 2 green onions into small pieces.

2

Peel 1/3 of a carrot and thinly slice it using a peeler.

3

Loosen 1/4 of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into thirds.

4

In a bowl, place 2 eggs, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and mix well.

5

Heat oil in a frying pan and add 1/3 of the egg mixture, spreading it into a thin layer.

6

Once one side of the egg is cooked, fold it over the edge 3-4 times.

7

Heat oil in the frying pan again, add half of the remaining egg mixture, and spread it thinly.

8

Once one side of the egg is cooked, roll it with the already cooked egg.

9

Heat oil in the frying pan again, add the remaining egg mixture, and spread it thinly.

10

Once one side of the egg is cooked, roll it with the already cooked egg to shape the Tamagoyaki.

11

Turn off the heat and remove the egg onto a cutting board.

12

Cut the Tamagoyaki into bite-sized pieces and cut off the ends for tasting.

13

Heat a frying pan and add oil, then add salmon and sprinkle salt over it.

14

When one side of the salmon is cooked, flip it over and sprinkle salt again.

15

Fry the salmon for about 5 minutes until completely cooked, then turn off the heat.

16

Heat a frying pan and add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, then add carrots and enoki mushrooms.

17

Fry them in the mayonnaise oil until cooked, then add the chopped green onions and stir-fry.

18

Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and stir-fry for about 1 minute, then turn off the heat.

19

Pack the foods into the bento box, placing rice diagonally to about 2/3 of the box.

20

Add the Tamagoyaki and place the salmon diagonally on the rice.

21

If there's not enough space, remove one Tamagoyaki and move the remaining one to the edge of the box.

23

Finally, sprinkle your favorite furikake on the rice, using wakame furikake today.
