Cut the cauliflower into thick slices to create steaks.

Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower steaks.

Sprinkle sweet paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides of the cauliflower steaks.

Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes.

While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the lemon sauce by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley in a bowl.

Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and drizzle the lemon sauce over the steaks before serving.
