Get all your measuring cups out and prepare the ingredients.
Measure and add 1 cup of oats to a large bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of peanut butter to the bowl.
Add 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds to the mixture.
Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips to the bowl.
Pour in 1/3 cup of honey.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
If the mixture is too sticky, add more oats as needed.
Add 2 ounces of raisins to the mixture and mix again.
Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to 1 hour until firm enough to roll.
After 45 minutes, check the mixture; if it's firm enough, proceed to roll the balls.
Scoop out a heaping tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands.
Place the rolled balls on a plate or in a Tupperware container for storage.
Store the energy balls in the refrigerator for up to one week.
