Remove the skin and de-seed 300 grams of cucumber, then cut into small pieces.

In a blender jar, add 2 green chilies, 100 grams of freshly grated coconut, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, and about 58 ml (1/4 cup) of water; grind to a fine paste.

Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a large saucepan over medium flame.

Add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, curry leaves, and 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes to the heated oil; sauté for about 1 minute.

Add the chopped cucumber and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Stir in the ground coconut paste and cook for another 30 seconds before switching off the stove.

Once cooled slightly, add 2 tablespoons of yogurt (curd) and mix well.
