1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt

1 large egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas
1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
