Heat a wok on medium-high heat and spritz it with olive oil.

Add 2 beaten eggs and scramble them for about 1 to 1.5 minutes until cooked.

Remove the scrambled eggs from the wok.

Spritz the wok with a little more oil and add 12 ounces of sliced salmon fillets along with 1 teaspoon of seafood seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the salmon for about 90 seconds to 2 minutes until cooked through.

Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and your mixed veggies to the wok and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until soft.

Add 3 cups of cooked and cold brown rice to the wok and sauté until soft.

Pour in 1 teaspoon of fish sauce and 4 teaspoons of soy sauce, stirring to combine.
