1/2 cucumber
3 green chilies
1 small onion
1/2 kg yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup cabbage

2 tablespoons oil

Wash the bottle gourd thoroughly.

Cut both ends of the bottle gourd.

Peel the bottle gourd lightly, removing only the skin.

Cut the bottle gourd into small pieces.

Boil the bottle gourd pieces in water with 1/2 teaspoon salt for 5-7 minutes.

Drain the boiled bottle gourd and reserve the water for drinking.

Chop 1/2 cucumber, 3 green chilies, and 1 small onion using a chopper or knife.

Add the chopped vegetables to a bowl.

Chop the boiled bottle gourd into smaller pieces and add to the bowl.

In another bowl, take 1/2 kg yogurt and add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Mix the yogurt well and then add the chopped vegetables and boiled bottle gourd to it.

Grate a small carrot and add it to the mixture.

Add approximately 1/2 cup chopped cabbage and some fresh coriander leaves to the mixture.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 3-4 slit green chilies, and curry leaves to prepare a tempering.

Pour the tempering over the raita mixture and mix well.
