Wash and dry okra thoroughly to prevent sliminess.
Trim the tops and tails of the okra and slit them lengthwise without cutting through.
In a bowl, mix together grated coconut, peanuts, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and spices to make the stuffing.
Stuff the okra with the prepared mixture, pressing gently to secure the filling.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add mustard seeds until they splutter.
Add cumin seeds and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
Carefully place the stuffed okra in the pan and sauté for about 5-6 minutes until they start to soften.
Sprinkle turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt over the okra.
Cover the pan and cook for another 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the okra is tender.
Drizzle lemon juice over the cooked okra before serving.
